Tour operator flyers / brochures are available at our reception, and bookings can be made at the Alice Springs Visitor Information Centre, which is 1.4km from Desert Palms. Passes and permits are also available at the Visitor’s Centre.
Yes, we offer a luggage storage room next to reception, which can be accessed during reception hours (6am to 8pm).
Yes, we do provide free Wi-Fi access in all villas. The current Wi-Fi code is available at reception.
The Airport Shuttle service can pick-up or drop-off at most accommodation locations throughout Alice Springs and is scheduled to meet up with all arriving and departing flights with enough time to collect your luggage or grab a cuppa before your flight.

Travelling by car from the north along Stuart Highway, you will turn left onto Stott Terrace and right onto South Terrace. You will then turn left onto Tunks Crossing and take a right onto Barrett Drive, where you will drive for 600 metres until you reach Desert Palms Alice Springs.
Travelling by car from the south past Heavitree Gap, you will turn right at the large roundabout, taking the last exit onto South Terrace. You will then turn right onto Stephens Road, driving over the bridge, before turning left onto Barrett Drive. Desert Palms Alice Springs is located 600 metres down the road.
We are located on Barrett Drive, which is approximately two kilometres from the Todd Mall. Approximate walking time is 25 to 30 minutes; however, there are also taxis available, and our reception staff would be happy to book them for you.
Our reception office is open from 6am to 8pm daily.
If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please advise reception by calling 0889 525 977 or emailing us by using this form prior to your arrival CONTACT US. You will be asked to provide a mobile number so that gate and room access can be messaged to your phone.
Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is at 10am.
We have staff who can speak English, Spanish and Filipino.
We have a kiosk that sells breakfast items. Otherwise there is the Hilton by Double Tree next door that has full or continental breakfast or The Bean Tree Cafe at the Olive Pink Botanical Gardens a short walk from the Desert Palms.
